In cooperation with scientists from the Faculty of Physics of the National University named after T.G. Shevchenko during the implementation of the National Research Development Program 0112U0055549 "Investigation of the effect of metal-containing and carbon nanomaterials as a pro-differentiation matrix during in vitro cell growth" within the framework of the target program: "Fundamental problems of nanostructured systems, nanomaterials, nanotechnologies" it was found that the nanoscale structure of carbon aggregates of onions, UDA, NT and C60 fullerenes contribute to the reduction
adhesion of cells to the substrate and affects the formation of multicellular aggregates. The correlation between the concentration of BNM and the size of cell spheroids is also confirmed by statistical calculations of the Pearson correlation coefficient. In addition, BNMs have different effects on absorption qualities, affecting the concentration of growth factors in the culture medium and, as a result, on the growth of the tumor culture.
